製皂工人

把上次的巧克力皂搓成圓圓的小球，居然像極了珍珠奶茶裡的珍珠，所以想來試試個珍珠綠茶皂。
先把「珍珠」放在模底，再加上薄荷和烏龍茶的浸泡油所做的「綠茶」，用白皂做成「泡沫」，透明甘油皂假扮的「冰塊」，在插根紫草浸泡油做的「吸管」，一杯冰涼可口，喔不，是一塊自然清新的手工皂就誕生了！
先承認一下那個「冰塊」是買現成的啦，因為沒做過透明皂，就先買現成的充數囉。
用免洗杯做了一杯像真的一樣的珍珠奶茶，一時半載也很難脫模，那就連杯一起入鏡囉！

[Thought]
Using the previous chocolate soap to rub into small balls and they really look like "pearls" in pearl green tea! This idea makes me to make a "pearl green tea" soap.

[Soap]
First put those "pearls" at the bottom of mode. And then added "green tea" by the soap made from mint and oolong tea infused oil. After that, added white soap as "bubble", shiconix infused oil soap as "straw" and clear glycerine soap as "ice cube". Finally, a "pearl green tea" soap is done.

二月有個浪漫的情人節，而最能代表這浪漫情懷的，非巧克力莫屬了！用巧克力取代1/3的水，整個皂有著巧克力的自然香味，對巧克力有重度上癮的我，真想咬它一口呢！

[Thought]
February is the most romantic season in a year. Chocolate should not be absent.

[Soap]
Replaced 1/3 of water by melted chocolate chips. The soap is full of chocolate aroma.

想做一下紫草皂，(好像每隔一段時間看到紫草浸泡油就會手癢)，然後又從床底下翻出上一次沒用完的玫瑰，於是就做成這樣了。其實是想要有紫色漸層的感覺，無奈效果不是太好。
翻了筆記本才赫然發現這是十一月底做的，那時天好冷，為了準確地把玫瑰插進切皂的位置，又深怕失溫會長白粉，緊張地手都不禁顫抖起來...想說做皂做得這樣真是夠了...

[Thought]
The purple Shiconix is always my favorite ingredient to make soap.

[Soap]
This time I tried to have fading purple, but it seems not very obviously but takes me lots of effort. The roses are from the same batch of rose garden, and I put all of them together.

又是一款母奶皂。用蕁麻葉浸泡的橄欖油來做皂，沒有想像中的綠色，倒是母奶和蜂蜜硬是把整個皂變得深黃，而且成皂很軟。反正天乾物燥，慢慢晾吧！
做完發現有點像鋼琴的鍵盤，那就跟鋼琴一起入鏡囉！

[Thought]
Breast milk plus honey to help my skin to survive in winter.

[Soap]
The nettle leaves infused olive oil does not appear its green color, but the breast milk and honey turn the soap into yellow. And the breast milk and honey make it really soft. Sweet orange essential oil matches with this soap very well. I know it is going to be a gentle and sweet treat for my bath time.

上次去賞秋葉回來，想把心中的感動做成皂。
平常做皂很少加天然的粉來調色，可是為了做出秋天繽紛的顏色，於是把家當都搬出來了，有可可粉，蕁麻葉粉，紅泥土和金盞花粉，其中也有用紅棕油作成橘色的效果。這還是四倍母奶皂，為了消耗掉母奶，可能還得更努力呢！

[Thought]
After the trip from Quincy Ca., the beautiful color of autumn leaves inspires me to make this soap.

[Soap]
This is still a four fold breast milk soap. In order to create those nature colors, I pulled out my powders: cocoa powder, nettle leaf powder, red clay and calendula petal powder. I also added red palm oil to have bright orange color.

同事給我的一堆母奶佔據我半個冷凍庫很久了。堆這麼久不是沒有原因的，因為對用低溫溶鹼的長期抗戰很是畏懼。怕溫度拿捏不對時，阿摸尼亞的臭味就飄出來。這回為了消化一下母奶，特地去複習小魔羯的牛奶皂的作法。忽然，看到一個關鍵：人家溶鹼是用橡皮刀，我以前都用筷子拉來拉去，曠日費時當然慢囉。
發現新大陸後，如法泡製一下，驚訝地發現溶鹼速度加快不少！而且不知道是不是氣溫比較低，整鍋在低溫下進行，顏色居然蠻白的，這大概是我最成功的四倍奶皂吧！而且更高興的是我再也不怕做奶皂了！忽然有一股想清光所有的奶的衝動...

[Thought]
Try to clean up the breast milk that occupied in my half of freezer for a long time.

[Soap]
Before, I didn't like to make four fold milk soap. It takes time to dilute lye in low temperature. After I refer to an expert, I figured out that I should use spatula instead of stick! This finding helps me to speed it up. And maybe the air temperature is lower in Autumn, the soap was under low temperature to mix. It makes this soap light color. I really like it.

好像寫得太短了，再補一下...
用綠藻粉做成的皂球，放在皂皂裡有氣泡的感覺。不過我在想，真的洗的時候，皂泡也可能都被染綠了呢。希望不要太快退色才好。
橄欖油是用parsley浸泡油，原本希望它可以像烏龍茶葉一樣做出綠色的皂，但又不太放心，所以我用半水溶鹼入油。果然一點都不綠！只好啟動B計畫，把一旁待命的小黃瓜汁加入。
皂球是在還黏手時灑綠藻粉，有點像做傳統元宵的作法，裹在皂球上。第一次這樣嘗試，蠻有趣的。
第一次加芒果脂，切皂時就可以感受到扎實的硬度，所以也是個秋冬皂啦。

Using spirulina powder to create "bubbles" in a soap.

[Soap]
I am happy to see the idea is successful. Hopefully the color won't fade so soon.
Frist time apply mango butter in soap. Can't wait to try it out.

時序入秋，總令人想到美麗的菊花。手邊有的浸泡油跟「菊」能沾的上邊的有臘菊、白菊和洋甘菊，於是把它們一起入皂。另外用蠟菊水來取代一半的水，整個皂變得更黃了！
剪碎了一些金盞花的花瓣，冒充菊花。
這是冬天適用的皂，所以加了20%的乳油木果脂。這次也順便試看看保濕能力超強的鴉片大麻籽油，是不是能對抗得了又冷又乾的冬天。借了女兒的書一起入鏡。那是一隻叫Chrysanthemum的老鼠，她不喜歡有這麼長的名字... 

[Thought] 
Chrysanthemum is a symbol of autumn. I made this soap from different chrysanthemum and wish it is gentle enough for this coming winter. 

[Soap] 
Used immortelle, chamomile and white chrysanthemum infused Olive oil to make this soap. I also cut calendula petal into small pieces to decorate it. This soap is mainly for winter, so I add 20% of shea butter and hempseed oil to protect our skin in such cold and dry air.

華人超市裡的月餅賣得熱滾滾，似乎也在提醒遲鈍的安妮中秋節快到了！
那天看到小銀杏的月亮，想到我上回買的水管還沒開用呢，於是用水管做了月亮，在加些白色的碎皂在備長碳的夜空，一閃一閃亮晶晶。
實在不想交代那夜空下一片大地的怪怪的顏色是怎麼來的... 
冬天近了，這個皂加重橄欖油的比例，而且是用蕁麻葉的浸泡油，想說夜空下的大地應該要暗一點，所以又加了些紫草浸泡油，結果竟然成此怪色，真令人錯愕！這回也加了新進的榛果油和乳油木果脂，希望給秋冬多一點滋潤。 

[Thought] 
The moon cakes in Chinese super market reminds me that the moon festival is around the corner. So I want to make a soap to celebrate this special day. 

[Soap] 
Use red palm oil in pipe to make the moon soap first. After that use Bincho Carbon powder to make the night sky and add some stars. The winter is coming, so I added hazelnut oil and shea butter to care the skin in dry season.

玫瑰是好久以前用白色的皂做的，一直想把它種一種卻又想不出適當的造型。想再不種可能油班都要出來了，趕工一下。
因為白色玫瑰太白了，想在下層多一些顏色，結果急了點，分層沒做好，更糟的是最上層的紅土灑太多了，顏色太深紅，害我臉都綠了！人家要粉粉的紅啦！
總之是有點失敗的皂，大家就加減看吧！

[Thought]
To have a flower bed to plant the white roses that I made from soap long time ago.
[Soap]
This does not consider as a sucessful project. I was too rush so the three-layer flower bed is not so perfect. I planned the top layer to be beautiful pink to red color, but ended up a very dark red one.

相信和我一樣喜愛使用同類療法藥物的朋友，對金山山金車這藥草一定不陌生。有一本書上甚至寫到，如果你只想認識一種同類療法的藥物，那金山山金車便是唯一的選擇。可見它的重要，而且對我來說也是非常有效的必備良藥。
它主治肌肉酸痛，消除瘀血，適用於沒有破口的內傷。 當我的小孩還是Baby的時候，常常抱到肩夾酸痛，甚至有一次閃到腰，我都是靠金山山金車內服加外用來治療。如果小孩子的頭有去嚴重摔到，避免瘀血在裡面，我也會給他們吃一點。
所以對這藥草有種從裡到外的深厚感情呢。有一次買精油時，看到賣家也有賣金山山金車，二話不說，一起下單了！
金山山金車到家後就加米糠油做浸泡油。 為了配合心愛的藥草，這回也把金盞花橄欖浸泡油和洋甘菊橄欖浸泡油一起入皂。比較黃的部份是金盞花橄欖浸泡油做的，淺黃的部份是洋甘菊橄欖浸泡油。最後再灑些洋甘菊花瓣就完工了。

[Thought] If you like to use homeopathic medicine just like myself, you must be very familiar with Arnica Montana. "It's a major remedy for any type of blunt trauma or surgery that damages both the soft tissues and bone structure." It really helps me to release the pain from holding my baby. Since I love this herb so much, one day I saw it was available in an on-line store, I bought it right away.

[Soap] I infused this herb in bran oil. In order to make this soap perfectly, I also use two kinds of wonderful infused oil: Calendula infused olive oil (yellow part of soap) and Chamomile infused olive oil (pale yellow part). At the end, I sprinkled some Chamomile petals.

一直很喜歡中藥的味道，這回把枸杞打碎後，加入米糠油做浸泡油再入皂。
以為會有淡淡的粉紅色，成皂後發現是一整個黃。
最近做的皂降低了橄欖油的比例，發現觸感差好多。橄欖油皂比較厚實，像我這款有30%的米糠油，感覺輕輕滑滑的，對我來說是個新體驗呢。
皂有個枸杞的味道，把我的甜橘精油和伊蘭依蘭都壓下去啦。下層用枸杞汁取代水，還加了些紅麴粉，中間篩了一層可可粉，不過好像下手重了些...

[Thought]
I like Chinese herb. It gives me warm and good feeling. Medlar is a very popular chinese herb to help your eye sight. I thought I can have a pink color from grinded medlar infused bran oil, but actually not...

[Soap]
This soap is quite different with my old soaps. I reduced the portion of olive oil that normally give me thick and heavy feeling. This time I have 30% bran oil that feels lighter and smoothier.

The medlar infused oil turn out to be yellow in soap! At the bottom of soap, I replace water with medlar juice. I also sprinkle a thin layer of cocoa powder in the middle. Sweet orange essential oil and Ylang ylang essential oil can not hide medlar's smelling.

用母奶做成優格入皂...希望不會太奇怪...

一直想做一個紅棕櫚油的皂，那鮮豔的顏色總是令我神往。

優格入皂也是念念不忘的皂方。冰箱裡還有母奶，乾燥的優格菌也還沒過期，突發奇想就照牛奶優格的做法做了母奶優格。做起來比較像是優酪乳，可能要在室溫放久一點才會比較黏稠。有淡淡的乳香和酸味，還是沒有勇氣嘗它一口。

橄欖油是用自製的乾橘皮浸泡油，略帶澄色；紅棕櫚油是在生機食品店買的，因為其他賣基礎油的網站都沒見到紅棕櫚油的芳蹤。
這紅棕櫚油號稱不止是有機，而且是beyond organic！有夠厲害的！
這皂做完第二天就蠻硬的，大概是我下最重椰子油的一次。很多人還是喜歡比較多泡泡的洗感。雖然椰子油多，但有酪梨油、可可脂和芝麻油的幫助，應該不會乾澀。用一半的水溶鹼，等油鹼攪拌15分鐘後再加入母奶優格。Trace超快的，很早就收工睡覺去。
切皂時發現它摸起來像絲綢般的滑潤，真是令人驚喜，得過一個月才知道它的洗感囉！

[Thought]
I always want to try red palm oil and yogurt soap. The bright color from red palm oil is my favorite. One day, a thought run into my mind: why not try breast milk yogurt? I hope it won't sound too weird.

[Soap]
Red palm oil is hard to find in soapmaking stores, so I bought from local organic grocery store. As it said, it is a "beyond organic" red palm oil!
Some dried yogurt starter was added in breast milk to make a yogurt. Due to yogurt, it was very fast ot trace.
This is probably the first time I used high portion of cocount oil. I also added avocado oil, cocoa butter and sesame oil to avoid dryness.
When I cut the soap, it gave me very surprisingly silky feeling. Oh, can't wait to wash it!

老公愛喝茶。那天心血來潮，要了一些烏龍茶葉，用果汁機打碎後加橄欖油做浸泡油。泡了大約有半年了吧，油都變成很深的綠。聽說用綠茶粉做皂會變成褐色，我也有擔心這浸泡油加鹼後會變色，幸好看來還不錯。
其實我原本打算用小黃瓜汁來溶鹼，沒想到小黃瓜汁加鹼後就變成褐色了！忍痛倒掉，重新用水溶鹼。難到小黃瓜汁也要低溫溶鹼不成？還有一些小黃瓜汁我就在油鹼攪扮十五分鐘後加入，約佔整個水量的三分之一。
第一次加茶樹精油，覺得很清爽，跟皂的感覺很合，還有不黏膩的葡萄籽油，是很舒適的皂。

[Thought]
Use my husband's Woo-long tea leaves to make infused olive oil. Expect a soap as fresh as tea.
[Soap]
In the beginning I used cucumber juice to dilute lye. Unfortunately, it turned to brown. I dumpped it away and use water to dilute lye again. I still used cucumber juice to replace 1/3 of water after mixing for 15 minutes.
Woo-long tea leaves infused oil makes this soap beautiful green. And I found out that the tea tree essential oil matches this soap very well. Grape seed oil in this soap will leave your skin soft and smooth without feeling greasy.

喜歡用浸泡油做皂，不僅給皂多一些顏色，好像也注入多一點營養。只是這回混太多種浸泡油，顏色反而醜醜的…
三合一的橄欖油皂是由三分之一的紫草浸泡油加上三分之一的薰衣草浸泡油，再加上三分之一的玫瑰果浸泡油，這可是安妮第一次100%橄欖油皂。
聽說100%橄欖油皂非常難trace，所以我先用三分之二的水去溶鹼，等到油鹼混合15分鐘以後再加入母奶。攪拌均勻後就讓它自己皂化。二十分鐘後已經trace，便加精油入模。發現做100%橄欖油皂還蠻輕鬆愉快的，只要量一種油，一點都不手忙腳亂！

[Thought]
I love infused oil. This 100% olive oil soap includes 3 kinds of infused oil: Shiconix infused oil, lavender infused oil and rosehip infused oil.
[Soap]
The color is not delighted but I believe is going to be a very gentle soap.
It is said that the 100% olive oil soap is hard to trace. So I used 2/3 of water to dilute lye. Wait until the oil and lye was mixed for 15 minutes, I added 1/3 of breast milk. After 20 minutes, the mixture was traced so I added lavender essential oil and then pours in mold, done. 100% Olive oil soap is kind of easy, like piece of ... soap?!

這100%椰油家事皂一直是婆婆媽媽的最愛。洗淨力強易沖洗且又環保，真是無藥可救的好。只是素來懶惰的我，很多時候還是用洗碗機來洗碗，因此突發奇想，想用椰油皂來洗碗機洗看看，不知效果如何。

The 100% coconut oil soap is a perfect household soap. You can use it to clean almost everything in your house, of course, washing dishes. Most of time, I use dishwasher to clean dishes. One day, an idea came to my mind: why not use handmade soap in dish washer?

隨著下訂的氫氧化鈉慢慢地接近我家，心情也逐漸興奮起來。說到這兒要先感謝網友花樣精的指點，讓我找到一家便宜又大碗的氫氧化鈉供應商！心裡一直盤算著要做什麼皂，在這同時也把舊皂整理一下，為以後的皂做一些準備。

我想會先把浸泡油先做掉(厚，聽起來很奇怪，但意思差不多啦)。洗了一些放很久的皂，發現皂跟美酒一樣，越陳越好，但又怕會起油斑，所以遇到一些黑名單的油，以後製皂會考慮加些Vitamin E油或是GSE這些防止酸化的天然物質。所謂黑名單的油就像葡萄籽油或是大麻籽油這類易酸化的油，以往怕有油斑產生，都把它們列為拒絕往來戶，好像有點可惜。所以現在決定加這些抑制酸化的物質後，讓我可以更放心用油，也可以多體會其他油的洗感。

老祖母皂100%橄欖油皂是一定要試的啦，還有冰在冰箱的愛心母奶也要趕快解決，看來會很忙喔。就用照片上的Hope，Faith皂來給自己還有其他皂友們鼓勵一下吧！

整理肥皂時發現還有一款肥皂還沒介紹。趁著我訂的氫氧化鈉還在環遊美國之際，記錄一下這個高貴的皂。
這皂方也是出自前田京子，含有20%夏威夷核果油，和15%夏威夷堅果油，算是敗家皂啦。
我沒預期到這皂trace很慢，幾乎是我做過最久的皂！時間一分一秒的過去，它還是水水的，後來有點light trace就入模收工。
成品摸起來非常柔細，簡直像baby的皮膚一樣。洗起來很清爽，不油膩，洗完皮膚滑溜溜的，果然是有掛牌保證的好皂。

[Thought]
This is another famous soap recipe from 前田京子 that includes some very good oils.

[Soap]
This soap has 20% Kukui nut oil and 15% Macadamia nut oil. Consider this one as another very luxurios soap. This soap mixture is very hard to trace. After cured, you can feel the soap just like baby's skin.
There is non-greasy feeling after wash and leaves skin surprising smoothness.

聽說備長碳皂的深層潔膚的效果很好，尤其適合粉刺型膚質，好啦，就是像我這一種。所以一直想做這樣的皂來試試。
話說那天寫好食譜準備開工時，一量氫氧化鈉才發現只剩一點！土司模裝不滿，又不想做一些黑黑的造形皂，於是又把水管搬出來了。
在這之後，上網購買氫氧化鈉，竟然讓我碰到黑店，收了我的錢卻不寄貨來！真是令人生氣！就這樣，好久沒有再做皂了，也沒再買氫氧化鈉。難道這「黑輪」皂是安妮的最後一塊皂嗎？為了那些無辜的浸泡油和曾經答應好友要一起做皂，得要認真去進貨了。
好啦，回歸主題，看看這個黑輪皂。想說夏天要到了，用些薄荷入皂該是很不錯的。薄荷葉泡熱水後，冷卻後溶鹼。備長碳粉加1%，最後還加薄荷精油，很香很清涼！

[Thought]
It is said that the Bincho Carbon powder soap is very good for the face with acne. OK, that's my face. Hopefully it can help.

[Soap]
I used pepper mint water to dissolve lye. It is full of sweet pepper mint smelling! 1% of Bincho Carbon powder was added. The whole soap is really black. After I try this soap, I will report if my face has improvement.
